CSM.Visuals uses the details you choose to provide to respond to enquiries, discuss projects and arrange appointments. Contact team@csmvisuals.studio with a privacy question or to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

Project enquiries

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, service and a short project description. You can choose to add business and contact details, social links, project requirements, budget and timing. We use this information to respond and organise your enquiry. Please don’t include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details.

Depending on the configured submission method, enquiries pass through our website’s server or are sent directly to Google Apps Script. When the Google lead system is enabled, they are stored in a restricted Google Sheet and a notification is sent through the owner’s Google account. Notifications include the enquiry details you provide and go to our nominated business inbox. We don’t subscribe you to marketing emails through this form.

We record the page where you first arrived in this browser tab, referring page, enquiry page and campaign tags where available. This helps us understand where enquiries come from. Page URLs are stored without query strings; only the named campaign tags are retained. Your browser’s session storage holds those source details and a submission identifier to help avoid accidental duplicates. We do not store your form answers in browser storage.

Booking a call

Bookings use Google Calendar. The embedded calendar is loaded only after you choose to view it here or open the booking popup. Google receives connection information when it loads and the details you enter to book. You can also open the booking page directly. Read Google’s privacy policy.

Careers and introductions

The careers form prepares an email draft with your name, email, type of work, portfolio link, location, availability and message. Nothing is sent until you send the email from your own email app. You can attach a résumé there if you wish. We use introductions to discuss possible work with you.

Hosting and third parties

Vercel may process technical request information to deliver and secure this website. Service providers may process information outside Australia. This website does not include advertising pixels or analytics tracking by default. External links, including Instagram and Google, use those providers’ own privacy practices.

Retention and contact

We keep enquiry correspondence as needed to respond, manage a project and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to discuss your information, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. We’ll review the concern and respond using the contact details you provide. We do not use this form to subscribe you to a mailing list.
