The process / CSM.Visuals

From the first call
to the finished work.

Bendigo + regional Victoria

We talk through what you need, agree on the work and keep you involved at the right stages. Here’s what to expect.

Planning / Production / Delivery

01 /

Start with a conversation.

We learn about your business, customers and what you want to communicate. Then we agree on a useful scope, schedule and investment.

02 /

Give the content a plan.

We choose relevant topics and organise filming around your team and work. You know what’s being made and what we need from you.

03 /

Keep the work moving.

We edit and deliver the agreed content, gather your feedback and plan the next round. Publishing support is included only where agreed.

Before production

Make the important
decisions early.

The outcome

What should customers understand or do after seeing the work? We use that to plan what we make.

What’s included

We confirm what we’re making, where you’ll use it and which files you’ll receive in the proposal.

The people

We agree on who will supply information, organise access and approve the work.

The timing

We agree on dates for filming, delivery and your feedback once we understand the work.

If we’re working
together monthly.

We plan the first 90 days so you know what’s being made and when.

We talk about your services, customers and social media, then choose useful topics. Scheduled shoots turn those ideas into edited videos and photos. Your feedback helps us plan the next round.

The number of videos, photos and posts depends on what you need. We agree on that before the monthly work starts.

Practical details

Before we begin.

How are projects priced?

We agree on what’s being made, the filming or website work involved and where you’ll use it before preparing a proposal. Prices depend on the project.

How long will the project take?

Timing depends on the amount of work, shoot availability, your feedback and any tools that need connecting. We agree on a schedule once we understand the project.

What if our plans change during the project?

Let us know as soon as you can. We’ll discuss any effect on the agreed work, cost and timing before doing additional work.

Who approves the work?

We agree on one point of contact and when you’ll review the work. Keeping feedback together helps avoid confusion.
